Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 3 September 2026
Welcome to STUCK IN PHYSICS.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of stuckinphysics.club, its subdomains including resources.stuckinphysics.club, and digital content or resources offered under the Stuck in Physics name.
STUCK IN PHYSICS is operated by Deepak Kumar as an individual.
By using the website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or purchase its products.
1. About STUCK IN PHYSICS
STUCK IN PHYSICS provides educational material relating primarily to physics and examination preparation.
Content may relate to examinations or curricula including:
- IB Physics;
- AP Physics;
- Cambridge AS and A Level Physics;
- Singapore O-Level Physics;
- WACE Physics;
- and other physics programmes or examinations.
The availability of material for a particular curriculum may change over time.
2. Educational Purpose
All lessons, articles, videos, resources, explanations and digital products provided through STUCK IN PHYSICS are intended for educational purposes.
We aim to provide accurate and useful material, but education involves effort from both the teacher and the student.
STUCK IN PHYSICS does not guarantee:
- a particular examination grade;
- an IB score;
- an AP score;
- admission into a university;
- improvement by a specific number of marks;
- or any particular academic outcome.
Results depend on factors including student effort, preparation, attendance, practice, examination conditions and individual circumstances.
3. No Affiliation With Examination Boards
STUCK IN PHYSICS is an independent educational platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, STUCK IN PHYSICS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with the International Baccalaureate Organization, College Board, Cambridge Assessment International Education, WACE authorities, Singapore examination authorities or other examination boards.
Names, examination titles and trademarks belonging to those organisations remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Website Content
We may publish:
- educational articles;
- physics explanations;
- worked examples;
- revision resources;
- study guides;
- videos;
- diagrams;
- downloadable PDFs;
- problem sets;
- examination advice;
- free and paid resources.
We may update, correct, replace or remove website content when necessary.
5. Digital Products
STUCK IN PHYSICS may sell downloadable educational resources, including PDFs, problem sets, solution guides and similar digital products.
The exact contents, price and access method for a product will be shown on the relevant product page.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that material for your own educational purposes.
Ownership of the intellectual property does not transfer to the purchaser.
6. Refunds for Digital Products
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately and cannot practically be returned, purchases of digital products are generally:
- final, non-cancellable and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or made available for download.
Refunds will not ordinarily be offered simply because:
- you changed your mind;
- you no longer require the resource;
- you purchased the wrong resource without checking its description;
- you did not use the resource;
- or you did not achieve a desired examination result.
However, nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where appropriate, we may investigate situations involving:
- duplicate payments;
- payment being taken but the product not being delivered;
- a materially corrupted or unusable file;
- delivery of a product materially different from what was purchased;
- or another situation where a refund or remedy is required by applicable law.
For payment issues, contact: deepak@stuckinphysics.club
7. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers displayed during checkout.
By completing a payment, you may also be subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy policy.
STUCK IN PHYSICS may change payment providers as the platform develops.
Prices may also be changed from time to time.
A price change will not retrospectively alter the price of a purchase that has already been successfully completed.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original material created for STUCK IN PHYSICS — including written explanations, notes, diagrams, PDFs, original questions, worked solutions, videos, branding, website copy and educational resources — belongs to Deepak Kumar / STUCK IN PHYSICS.
You may not, without permission:
- resell paid resources;
- upload paid resources to public websites or file-sharing platforms;
- distribute paid resources commercially;
- remove STUCK IN PHYSICS branding and claim the material as your own;
- reproduce substantial portions of materials for another commercial product;
- scrape or systematically copy website content;
- use the material to create a competing resource library.
9. Sharing Resources
We absolutely encourage students to share STUCK IN PHYSICS itself.
You are welcome to share links to:
- the website;
- blog posts;
- YouTube videos;
- free-resource landing pages;
- social-media content.
For downloadable resources:
Free resources
A free resource may be shared where the individual resource allows it, provided that it remains unmodified, is not sold, and STUCK IN PHYSICS branding or attribution is not removed.
Paid resources
Paid resources are intended for the purchaser's personal use unless the product specifically states otherwise.
Instead of distributing copies of a paid resource, please direct other students to the relevant STUCK IN PHYSICS page.
This gives you exactly the balance I think you were looking for: sharing the brand is encouraged; redistributing something people are meant to purchase is not.
10. Third-Party Examination Material
Educational discussions may sometimes refer to examination questions, examination terminology or materials belonging to third-party examination organisations.
Rights in such third-party material remain with their respective copyright owners.
Any original explanation, commentary, teaching method, diagram or solution created by Stuck in Physics remains subject to STUCK IN PHYSICS's own intellectual-property rights where applicable.
11. Newsletter
Visitors may voluntarily subscribe to the STUCK IN PHYSICS newsletter.
Subscribers may receive emails relating to:

If you submit content through such a feature, you remain responsible for what you submit.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing or harmful.
Where necessary to operate a community feature, you grant STUCK IN PHYSICS permission to display, process and moderate material that you voluntarily submit.
We may remove community content that violates these Terms or creates safety, legal or moderation concerns.
Third-party communities such as Discord may also be governed by that platform's own terms.
15. Testimonials
STUCK IN PHYSICS may publish student feedback, testimonials or examples of student outcomes.
We aim to obtain permission before publishing identifiable student information.
Where screenshots or testimonials are displayed, identifying information may be removed or anonymized unless permission has been obtained for its disclosure.

- security incidents;
- events outside our reasonable control.
18. Changes to Products and Services
STUCK IN PHYSICS may introduce, modify or discontinue resources, features, prices or services.
The contents of future products or offerings may also change as curricula and examinations evolve.
Where a product has already been purchased, we will aim to provide what was described at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
19. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure educational information is accurate.
However, mistakes, typographical errors or outdated information may occasionally occur.
Students should consult the current official subject guide, examination board documentation and instructions relevant to their examination where official requirements are concerned.
If you notice an error, you are welcome to contact: deepak@stuckinphysics.club
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STUCK IN PHYSICS and Deepak Kumar will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on educational content, temporary website unavailability or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
